Ongoing and concrete progress tracking system to help your child stay motivated to keep running! 

Every series we focus on a word in age-appropriate discussions at the start line before each race. The word will be paired with a color. The theme this summer is OPTIMISTIC and YELLOW.  Every Cardio Kidz club runner receives a keepsake bib and a themed completion sticker after each series to add to their bib. 

The goal is to fill the progress bib full of motivational words from each series.  

$20 one-time fee. Good until you age out of the program. You will see an add-on option at check out when you register OR you can also purchase one anytime throughout the series.
